Santa

“Santa @ Donegal Railway Museum”

Donegal Railway Heritage Museum are delighted to announce that its famous Christmas Santa event is back again bigger and better than ever before, over two weekends; Saturday 8th, Sunday 9th, Saturday 15th, Sunday 16th, 12noon -6pm.

This year’s event for children includes not only a visit to Santa and a gift (and even a Selfie with Santa), but a ride on the Polar Express to see Santa, a Christmas movie, Christmas art workshops, model railways including a game to find Santa, and much more.

This cost is only €10 per child, and family discounts are available. There is no charge for adults, and even better, Santa has laid on free tea/coffee and mince pies for the adults, but only if you have been good! As everything is indoor, it’s not weather dependent. No booking is necessary.

Santa’s little helpers are currently finalising the Christmas illumination’s which will guide Rudolph and the rest of the reindeers to Donegal Town for this very special visit. Santa is looking forward to seeing you all
